SEE BRIDGE launches a comprehensive and open Acceleration Program designed to empower Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), providing participants with essential skills and knowledge to succeed in an increasingly competitive and regulated business environment. The program focuses on four key areas:
- Project management
- Networking
- Business plan development
- Market research
Participants will benefit from expert-led workshops on crucial topics such as strategies for winning proposals, consortium formation, technological and ecosystem monitoring, intellectual property, and advanced market research methods. The inaugural session took place on February 27 and will continue with weekly 30-minute group sessions every Thursday, from March 6 to May 22, 2025, from 12:00 to 14:00 hrs.
The FEUGA team will be responsible for offering a journey through essential tools for Business Plan Development in three highly relevant topics:
IP Workshop → Delving into the complexities of IP management and protection strategies.
Business Plan. Design Your Canvas → Guiding participants in reimagining their business models through the lens of CBAM compliance, focusing on value propositions, partnerships, and operational adaptations.
CBAM, Digital and Green Transition Technology and Ecosystem Watch → Equipping attendees with tools for proactive market intelligence, emphasizing the importance of staying at the forefront of the evolving CBAM regulatory landscape and digital and green transitions.
These interconnected workshops will culminate on May 22 in a closing session, which will seek to integrate all elements into a coherent business strategy.
Although SEE BRIDGE Open Call beneficiaries will have priority access, the program is open to all SMEs interested in growth and innovation.
